Longs Arms ( Steeple Ashton )
The Longs Arms, a 17th Century former Coach House is set in the heart of Steeple Ashton.
The proprietor and landlady Caroline Quartley has been at the Longs Arms since May 2005 and as renovated the pub to have a traditional warm atmosphere, welcoming locals and passersby to enjoy the freshly homemade food and local ales.
The Longs Arms is ideally situated between Bath and Salisbury making it a perfect place to stop off for a drink or food, and an excellent place to stay. Longleat Safari Park is only a 20 minute drive away and the great wonder of Stonehenge is 25 minutes in the other direction. Salisbury Plain, a beautiful and fantastic area for walking is just 5 minutes by car. But if you fancy a bit more hustle and bustle, Bath is a 30 minute drive.
